This project is proposed to leverage the tourist potential of the Chitrakoot and Tirthgarh waterfalls, two famous waterfalls of Bastar, and develop a tourist nature trail connecting these two scenic locations with Jagdalpur, the district headquarters of Bastar.

The major focus under this DPR would be the integrated development of Chitrakoot and Tirathgarh waterfalls as a tourism destination keeping in mind its effect on an overall circuit development involving cities like Jagdalpur and Rural villages.
