The factor, which we emphasize during design conception, is a healthy mix of open space to build mass. This also reflects the necessity of providing natural lighting which is a paradigm for healthy buildings. The vibes that a commercial building gives is important as it is a public space hence, we in our designs follow an environmental conservation ethic and this is translated into rainwater harvesting systems, indigenous landscape elements and water recycling practices.

With a critical use of site topography, we arrive at appropriate form and scale, which is complemented by sensitive landscaping. These facilities have been designed keeping in mind the context, the client, and the image. We have constructed many tourist destinations in eco-sensitive areas of the Himalayas where the buildings reflect a sense of the local tradition and building technology.
