Planned to international standards, the development includes multimodal integration, pedestrian plazas, streetscapes, landscape design, public amenities, and detailed MEP service planning

National High Speed Rail Corp. Ltd (NHSRCL) is envisaging the development around stations of Vapi, Bilimora, Surat and Bharuch in the state of Gujarat from the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High speed rail corridor to be world class with all facilities and planning done on international guidelines and standards. Multi- modal integration proposals are to be prepared along with detailed service drawings. The detailed design focused on the following but not limited to:

• Road and junctions, parking layouts, pick-up and drop-off bays, & streetscape.

• Pedestrian plaza designs

• Boundary wall, entry gate and fencing

• Street furniture, bus stops, public art and sculpture

• External Signages

• Landscape and Horticulture

• Pedestrian FOB if required

• External services drawing (MEP)

• Site Visit to understand the area, consultations with several stakeholders and civic agencies.

• Inception report explaining the methodology and workplan.

• Preparation and updating of Multi-Modal Integration Plans

• Concept development for each station and plaza area based on the cultural background

• Detailed design including Architecture, Structure, and MEP services for MMI schemes & Draft Bid Documents.

• Preparation of Tender drawings, Bill of Quantities, Cost Estimates and technical specifications.

• Submission of Working Drawings, CSD’s and 3D model & views.
